How to order?
1- Check out our style options from the product images to determine the style of the puzzle.
2- Enter the name you want to add.
3- Choose your color from the Color plate.
4- Select the elements you want.
4- Select "Stand" and "Peg" from the list if you want to add a stand or a peg to your product (optional).
5- Select "Engrave Message" from the list if you want to engrave a message on the back of the puzzle (optional).

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Most of our orders are delivered in about 7 to 15 business days to main countries.

DISPATCH ESTIMATES

1. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped!

Please keep in mind that the estimated shipping time frames are impacted by your selected shipping method, and does not account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.

Preconditions for Free exchange：

1. We sent the wrong order or products, you received broken items, or the quality of the products is very poor，or you items is damaged in logistics（we ）
2. You received the incorrect personalized information items(We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) or equal or lesser value.)

Please note that We will bear all the costs of goods and logistics，just send us a E-mail（Service@Jewelsmemory.com）with a photo of the items you received from us.

 Preconditions for FUll Refund：

We only accept full refund in 12 hours after the time you place your order，If you want to cancel your order，you need to E-mail us in 12 hours.

 Preconditions for Half Refund：

We only accept Half Refund when your order gone through12 hours，because we already Handed in your order to our factory.

 Preconditions for product return（In 100 days after your order was placed）：

1. You chose the wrong size for your order.
2. Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste
3. You no looger need it or you don't want it now

Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind,those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

So the your refund will be=Your Order total-50% restocking fee-Shipping costs

You can apply for return and exchange within 14 days after signing for the goods.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Reund Time

Your Paypal account or credit card you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days to receive your refund from the day your return was confirmed and approved.
