We only accept full refund in 12 hours after the time you place your order，If you want to cancel your order，you need to E-mail us in 12 hours.

We only accept Half Refund when your order gone through12 hours，because we already Handed in your order to our factory.

Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind,those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
